According to the Hartman Personality Profile, everyone has one of four "core motives" that drive them.Red, Blue, White, and Yellow are the four personality types that make up The Color Code. Although demographic groups vary, the overall breakdown suggests that 18% of the population is Red, 40% is Blue, 15% is White, and 27% is Yellow.

Reds

Reds are strong people. They employ reason, vision, and tenacity. Emotion has no bearing on finishing activities, according to Red.

Limitations - Tens to give priority to work over personal relationships, Poor listeners

Blues

Whites

Yellows

Motivated by fun

Strengths - Always looking for something new to do, Enthusiastic, Persuasive
Limitations - Very self-centered
